We have been going here mainly for breakfasts that were all good. The staff defintely sees to the customers and make sure everything is OK. There's nothing that is beneath them to do as they all will bus tables, deliver drinks, or orders even though it wasn't their table. In addition, the hostess will do what is needed. Last Friday evening we visited for dinner, and had another pleasant experience with fine food and drinks served by the server we normally have in the morning (Robin). She is very good.... I'd highly recommend this restaurant for the professionnal staff, real good food, pleasant surroundings and cleaniness of the establishment......

My mother in law's favorite restaurant, so 3 stars because she loves it. Bland food, huge portions, friendly service. Not my kind of place, but they know their audience!

Look, the food is good enough and the prices are reasonable.. The presentation is over the top, excellent appearing as if your eating in a restaurant in LA or Miami... Beautiful plates and cutlery.. Dining room is very clean and up to date. I usually get the pork-chops which consists of 2 large pork-chops, a veggie, potato and salad for $10 bucks.. How can you beat that? The staff and owner ( Jimmy ) is always friendly and welcoming.

Great lunch and cheap. You know it's a good deal when you don't see a customer under 60 :). Had a burger and fries. Wife had chicken rice soup and a gyro. Everything was suprisingly good -- the fact it was barely over $15 was just a nice bonus.

Not sure about this place. Interesting food - not the best, not the worst. Great server. Not accommodating on making dishes not on the menu. I'd have to try it again to give it a fair review, but there's better restaurants in the area so I doubt I'll be back.

I know Jimmy's has its fans -- mostly based on cheap prices and welcoming service to the senior citizen regulars. But, really, I gag just thinking about the food. Unimaginative. Poorly seasoned. Inconsistent temperature. Weird aromas. No thanks.

Giorgio's closed in summer 2009 and is now called Jimmy's - under same ownership according to advertising. If it's the same ownership as in Oct 2004, I don't care what the food is like...they were the absolute rudest people I ever called on when moving here and starting a job in advertising. Day 1 on the job I stop in here, say I'm brand new to the area, and ask if I could make an appt to meet with the owner or stop by at a better time later...a simple "No we're not interested" would have sufficed, but I got read the riot act by the hostess in front of customers that came in the door after me. Amazing to me since so many people now ask me about area restaurants since I am in the know being in advertising AND being a restaurant lover. I've never UNrecommended a restaurant that I've never dined at as much as this one. Just a word to restaurant owners - the way you treat EVERYONE has a bearing on your business, not just the dining patrons.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
